When do we deliver?
We deliver Monday through Saturday.
Please be aware that orders places after 4:00 p.m. (EST) will not be
shipped until the next business day.
Where is our
service available?
We take orders from all over the
world, for delivery in the United States Only.
When should
you order?
You may order up to 30 days before the
delivery date. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same
day if ordered Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST will be
shipped the following business day.
How do we
deliver?
We
deliver using a number of services including UPS FedEx & USPS & DHL to
insure your bouquet will be delivered on time. A tracking number will
be issued and sent to your e-mail so you may confirm your gifts delivery.
How much will
it cost?
Delivery costs are variable & the
most current prices are available on individual product pages.
Can
I pay by check or money order?
Unfortunately we cannot accept them by phone or online, However, we can
accommodate checks or money orders by mail. Once we have received the check
or money order from you, we will place the order. We need the following
information:

Bouquet choice and size
· Email address if available
· Desired delivery date for your bouquet
· Personal inscription
· Recipient’s name, address and phone number
· Your name, address and phone number
· Check or money order made out to Crazy Bouquet

Please
allow five business days for receipt and processing of your order. If we
have questions, we will contact you at the phone number you provide. When
the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Questions

Our
guarantee policy
We are confident you will be pleased with the high quality and beauty of the
candy and confections that are within each of our fine bouquets. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please contact Crazy Bouquet
with your concern.
Occasionally, we are unable to meet our obligations concerning shipping and
delivery. Our overnight delivery and two day delivery are guaranteed
services. If delivery times are not met with either of these two services
shipping charges will be refunded in full. However, certain circumstances
concerning delivery we cannot guarantee. Circumstances as follows:
1.
Inclement weather which restricts the delivery of a bouquet.
2. Incorrect delivery address information.
3. Bouquet recipient not available to accept delivery of his or her bouquet. |
